All you can eat--- Food Buffet for the soul

Soul is our appetite, driving us to eat from the banquet of life. People filled with the hunger of soul take food from every dish before them, whether it be sweet or bitter.

I don't typically like "all you can eat" food buffets.

Big Daddy....he loves them.

Off Color Daughter, M. doesn't like them either so we always vote No to these spreads unless it is

Big Daddy Day or his birthday.

I do enjoy the buffet of life.

It feeds and nourishes my soul in ways I never imagined.

A walk in the warm sun can warm my cold spirit.

The crunch of leaves in the fall under my feet

reminds me of the constant cycle of life where things grow, give beauty and shade and then at some point falls back to the earth to be crunched and then the whole process begins again.

The breeze on my face...well it reminds me -- the

"thing" called the Divine Force is with me through good and bad times.

And then...the breathtaking palate of the Universe....

oh my

colors swirl together, mix in all kinds of ways beautifying the world in mystical magical kinds of ways.

The world is a banquet

spread with all we need

Take a moment today

to nourish your soul.

Try something new

and

allow the Universe to Grow you up abit.

So let's head on out this morning to

a world filled with "all you can eat spreads"
