Singing a New Song for a New Day.....

Morning breaks,

Sun rises,

we wake from our slumber,

sit on the side of the bed,

and

from a distant place

outside of view and thought,

through the air of morning silence,

comes a ancient tune of life,

inviting each of us to

join our voices,

and

sing the song of a new day.

Begin the day with our song of humanity,

let it drift through your soul,

stir you move you guide you,

call you to life and love and possibility.

Life comes rushing,

Will you too

join me in song?

There is no off key

or

no out of tune,

for each person carries

their own song,

their own rhythm,

but when joined together,

creates an accapella wonder

to which nothing can compare.

Today is a new day...

great things are on the way....

so brush away your sleepy eyes,

stop and listen to the universe

and

sing a song that only you can sing.

Begin your day a singing....

wash the dust out of your soul,

move forward in passion,

and

then dance to the rhythm of a new day.
