I am an introvert and a people watcher.  I could write a book about what I've seen throughout my life.  We humans are a strange breed, each unique with their own colors and shapes and style.  Our beginnings often shape our future.  The shades of our light in tension with the experiences of the day.

I am intrigued by this experimental process of the Creator.

I continue to be amazed at our many differences.

As the light shines through us, the brillance of our colors are revealed--but the true test of a person's make-up is always how they stand in the midst of darkness and trouble.

I once read somewhere from someone that the way a person's faith is really examined is how they stand in the midst of trouble, how they hold their head when the weight of the world is on them, how they treat others when their world is falling apart.  Let's face it...we all look pretty damn good when the light is shining and our colors are flashing and people are gasping at our beauty.

The true test of the human spirit is how one stands when the dark night of the soul arrives and no matter where he/or she stands,

there is no color,

no brillance,

no gasping of others at the beauty of their exterior.

Each of us has within us

the ability to withstand far more than we ever imagined.

Our colors fade in the darkness,

our beauty diminishes,

the interest of others may flex in and out...

but

what stands the test of time

is

that

"thing"

the spirit of survival deep in the soul

pulsing with God-beat, inviting us to move into the light.

I have had many a bad day...

I'm sure all of us have...

but

truth is...

if we allow the pulse of life

to beckon us forward,

light will return

and

our color...

our brilliant color

will

sparkle and shine.

Feeling a bit faded this morning...

sit in silence and feel the

warmth of Love move around you....

bask in it,

feel the pulse of a new day

beckon you onward toward

a colorful new horizon.

You might not look so good right now,

maybe you even have a bit of a crack in your old

window pane....

but

we trust

in this Mysterious Energy,

our

color returns and

we once again sparkle...

Don't believe me....

try it..

then

let me see you as the light

shows your brillance.
