the sounds of sunday morning silence

There is no need to go to India or anywhere else to find peace. You will find that deep place of silence right in your room, your garden or even your bathtub
All is quiet here in the morning,
the moon is beginning to lower on the horizon
and
soon it's fade button will be all the way over on off
 but right now
the orange and yellow's of it's glow dances off the tops of the new formed leave buds and they are dancing back in the slow sway of this Sunday morning wake up call.
The song of morning has begun,
wind blowing
cool chill in the air,
and
glorious songs arising from places I can't see...
birds of different species
are singing in their symphony of song
to the Creator of the Universe this morning. My what we humans could learn from them.
I sit in the silence and I think I hear God beckoning me to join in....
I sit in silence...and I hum along
enjoying the song enjoying this morning hymn of praise,
it sooths my soul in ways I can't even begin to articulate....
the crescendo rises,
and the sun starts to rise to meet the moon for just long enough to say
"howdy neighbor...good to see you again.."
and as quickly as they pass
morning has broken....
It is Palm Sunday...the beginning of Holy Week in the Christian tradition---and for all you other folks bare with me for just a bit...
As we wave our palms today and shout our Hosannas...
may our song
break the Silence of Sunday
and
join the creation in
this
Symphony of Praise....
for
it is
a fabulous day
to
rise again...
It is a wonderful day to live....
don't you think????

It's a wonderful thing to sit and appreciate the silent harmonies of nature, early in the morning, Pleemiller. No doubt about it.
